Experienced Interior Designer

We are a 12-member, award winning interior design firm, specializing in high-end Residential Homes and Contract Developments. We are a young, fast paced firm, with a friendly atmosphere, and interesting projects throughout the U.S. and internationally.

This Position Requires:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in interior design/detailing.
• Working knowledge of building and construction
• AutoCAD and other technical skills
• Career minded, professional, positive attitude
• Ability to work with deadlines
• Lots of creativity!
  

Job Description

• Evaluate and critique floor plans
• Create, design and technically detail all interior architectural details
• Specify materials selections
• Provide detailed product knowledge for specifications, i.e. flooring, millwork, lighting, plumbing, etc.
• Coordinate specification details on drawing sets and in schedule format
• Highly organized and efficient
• Communicate with vendors
• Communicate with Builder and Residential Clients
• Create exterior architectural details where needed
• Attend client meetings and job site walk throughs
• Occasional travel required nationally and internationally
