Beasley & Henley Interior Design’s new Home Models for WCI Communities Match Comfortable Elegance with Casual Lifestyle at Arborwood Preserve

Acclaimed design firm Beasley & Henley Interior Design was tapped by luxury developer WCI Communities to create the exclusive model interiors for the Islamorada and the Boretto, in WCI’s new Arborwood Preserve residential community in Fort Myers, FL.

This 332-acre gated master planned community, offers a location surrounded by natural beauty including with 73 acres of lakes and more than 20 acres of preserves.

The Beasley & Henley Interior Design team will focus on the carefree living of this southwest Florida community by creating models with different personalities but catering to the same lifestyle.

The design team’s Islamorada model will showcase a beach-style cool design in a color pallet of stone, slate, buttery cream.

This spacious home combines relaxed greys in soothing tones with soft buttery creams to create a restful, livable home.  The cabinetry is two toned in grey and cream. The light oak wood flooring has a European feel that effortlessly merges modern and rustic design. Furnishings combine a worldly and warm look through driftwood finishes and soft iron touches. Upholstery is reminiscent of Belgian linens maximizing comfort with an effortless luxurious feel.

This 2644 sqft home, captures the sophisticated, youthful homeowner in Arborwood. The flooring is a vein-cut neutral travertine. The cabinetry is Espresso complimented by classic marble countertops and a glass backsplash for the sophisticated home chef. Furnishings are in rich wood tones contrasted with luxurious painted lacquered pieces. Upholstered pieces are kept grounded in the color of winter white punctuated with vivid pillows and artwork to keep things energized and inviting.
