Industry leading design firm, Beasley & Henley Interior Design has created a showcase model for their long time client, WCI Communities.  The Boretto is a 2648 sqft, 3/3 homes in the new development of Arborwood Preserve in south Fort Myers.

The Boretto captures the sophisticated, youthful homeowner in Arborwood Preserve. The Beasley & Henley Interior Design team selected finishes in light modern tones and furnishings that are sophisticated, chic and playful.

The team brightened the home with a light colored, vein-cut neutral travertine. They chose a contrasting cabinetry in espresso complimented by classic marble countertops and a glass backsplash to set a sophisticated tone. Beasley & Henley selected furnishings with rich wood tones as well as luxurious painted and lacquered pieces. Upholstered pieces are kept grounded in the color of winter white but a joyfully punctuated with vivid colors on pillows and in artwork to keep this chic home energized, inviting and fun.

The Boretto homes begin at $389,999.
