Multi-Family industry leader, Beasley & Henley Interior Design has completed the interior design and interior detailing for CitySide, in the up and coming Rosemary District of Sarasota, FL. Full occupancy can bring 700-800 new residents to this once blighted area. CitySide’s developer is Ascentia Development Group, headed by veteran Sarasota developer Jay Tallman and owner Bruce Weiner. This team tapped Beasley & Henley to create the interiors for this unique project, resulting in a hip, on-market, livable amenity space and interior design that mixes modern themes, bright colors and unexpected details into this multi-family project.

The Beasley & Henley design team, led by Design Principal Troy Beasley, worked on the 8000 sqft of amenities and common areas which included the main clubroom with a soaring ceiling and fireplace; the adjacent lounge area with long common bar/table, built-in wifi bench seating, and side tables overlooking the pool and exterior views. During the two-year design phase, Beasley & Henley provided the detailed amenity space planning, detail drawings and elevations, concepted and specified all finish materials, and designed the furnishings package.

CitySide is a game changer for this area of the city,” says Principal Stephanie Henley. “We are proud to have added our touch to promote this positive change.”
