Interior design firm inCharlotte, North Carolina
Charlotte pairs the traditional architecture of Myers Park and Eastover with the glass towers of Uptown and the rapid build-out of South End — a city equally at home in heritage and growth. We design across both: custom residences and renovations for private clients, and the amenity spaces, models, and turnkey packages that help developers stand out in one of the Southeast's most active markets. The work is tailored, current, and unmistakably Southern in its hospitality.
Charlotte asks for transitional Southern elegance — traditional bones handled with a contemporary, unfussy touch. Our interiors here pair classic proportion and millwork with current materials and a restrained palette: soft neutrals, natural stone, warm metals, and generous natural light through the Piedmont's long shoulder seasons. The result reads refined without ever feeling formal.
Beasley & Henley Interior Design is a full-service interior design firm founded in 1993 by Stephanie Henley and Troy Beasley, with studios in Winter Park and Naples, Florida. We work with Charlotte homeowners, builders, and developers from those studios, coordinating drawing sets, procurement, and installation in REVIT and BIM-360 so nothing is lost between design intent and the finished space. Our team is educated, trained, and knowledgeable in every aspect of design and project management.
From Uptown and South End towers to build-to-rent communities across the region, Charlotte's developers are competing for the same discerning resident. We design amenity spaces — clubrooms, coworking, wellness, and outdoor living — that establish a property's identity immediately and hold up under daily use, supporting both lease-up velocity and premium rents.
Our hallmark of Interior Architectural Detailing and Planning gives each Charlotte project a genuine sense of place, enmeshing the interior design into the living, breathing community around it. Skillfully sourced and procured furnishings work in concert with the architecture, completing unique and memorable spaces with just the right touches.
