Beasley & Henley Interior Design’s recently completed The Astoria-1 luxury model for Stock Development, sold after only a few short days on the market. The 4,100-square-foot, island-style model in the upscale Moorings neighborhood in Naples, was snapped up quickly at the end of theNaples “season”.  The 4 bedroom, 4 full + 2 half bath residence was listed for $3,295,000.

Troy Beasley, Principal Design of the award-winning firm, along with Senior Designers Kim Grimes and Melissa Mauck, created the interiors around a theme of elegant island living, all the while working in harmony with the clean-lined exterior architectural style of architect RG Designs.

Beasley’s carefree, sophisticated look is evident in the clean, light color palette of creams and grays found throughout. Beasley extensive use of wood further enhances the island feel with a detailed wood ceiling, blending with tongue-and-groove wall paneling and applied moldings. Stone flooring, light comfortable furnishings, breezy window treatments and an invitingly large exterior living and dining space made this home irresistible.

Beasley & Henley Interior Design’s next upscale models for Stock Development that will be available in the Fall of 2015.
