Award-winning interior design firm, Beasley & Henley Interior Design (BHID) is creating the interior spaces for the luxury 17-unit condominium complex, Echelon on Palm in Sarasota, Florida.  Beasley & Henley, with its long history of award winning projects, was tapped by developer, The Ronto Group of Naples, to create the urbane and sophisticated interior design.

Still in the planning phases, the project will incorporate Beasley & Henley’s sleek and modern designs reflecting this trendy area’s demand for sophisticated, upscale living.

Troy Beasley, Design Principal for the boutique design firm, and his team are engaged in planning all spaces, and selecting the finish materials for the common areas including the entry lobby, residents’ clubroom, fitness center and resident services offices, as well as the standard interior finish specifications for the condo residences.

The team is planning for the main amenities areas to be distinctly modern with spaces and finishes appealing to the high-end buyer.  Features such as marble and limestone flooring throughout, interesting custom wall treatments in the clubroom, distinctive ceiling features, detailed media built-ins, and oversized creative lighting in key locations, are just a few of the enviable offerings.

Furnishings, which will be installed at the project’s completion, will be comfortably modern, with sleek with impactful designs, touchable fabrics and large scale artwork.

“We are excited to be part of this distinctive urban enclave,” said Troy Beasley

BHID’s sleek modern designs complement the vernacular of Echelon on Palms’s visionary Tampa architect Alcides Santiesteban and reflect the buyers demand for sophisticated, contemporary urban living.

Residences are priced from $2,150,000 to the high $3 millions. Construction is expected to commence December 2015.
