Award-winning interior design firm Beasley & Henley Interior Design has completed the interior design and installation of the Charleston model in The Estuary at Grey Oaks in Naples, FL.  This newest Beasley & Henley model was designed for Lutgert Development with architecture by Stoff Cooney. Beasley & Henley’s Design Principal Troy Beasley, Interior Designer Kim Grimes and Director of Interior Detailing Melissa Mauck, created the interiors of this $6,895,000 home to be sophisticated and spectacular.

Beasley & Henley’s interiors stand out and this home is no exception.  “We created the interiors of this 6,689 sqft home to be transitional in style,” says Troy Beasley. “We highlighted the very clean, classical elements, and then incorporated a touch of modern influence as well.”

The Beasley & Henley design team’s influence is first seen upon entering the soaring two-story foyer where the team’s elegant ceiling design includes stained wood beams. “They are a contrast with the light colored walls,” notes designer Troy Beasley. “It’s a bit of a California approach where things are very light and simple.”

The flooring is a combination of wood and stone running throughout the main living areas. “The stone is a light travertine, and we selected it to be a quiet element when you walk in,” Beasley explained. “The wood flooring is lighter in its overall flavor.”

The spacious great room includes a linear gas fireplace, and the gourmet kitchen designed with double island and separate menu desk. “We designed the kitchen area to have more of a minimalist approach with very clean lines and very simple upper cabinetry,” the designer revealed. “There is a hidden pantry element that looks like it’s built into the wall.”

Among the Charleston’s unique features is a climate-controlled glass wine room that Beasley feels will be one of the home’s most eye-catching elements. “The wine display has been incorporated into the corner of the kitchen and then wraps into the hallway and into the dining room,” he said. “It is a floor-to-ceiling glass cube that is a more contemporary approach to floating wine off the wall.”

Beasley has also designed an upstairs VIP suite as a retreat for guests. “The second floor lounge area is a bit of a getaway,” he revealed. “Guests don’t necessarily have to go downstairs because there is a morning bar, dual sinks, water closets and separate laundry room.”

Beasley & Henley also created a spectacular outdoor living area which includes a large built in seating area, gorgeous fireplace, outdoor bar and kitchen, and automated screens and shutters. “We coordinated the indoor and outdoor,” Beasley concluded, “for true resort-style living.”

Those visiting the home can stop by the Lutgert on-site sales center for a tour or attend the first open house on July 10th from 1-4PM.
