Beasley & Henley Interior Design, ( is proud to have completed ‘The Fitzgerald’, for developers FCI (Florida Crystals Residential), an extensive multi-family, luxury amenity area in Tampa’s urban Channel District.

The Fitzgerald is a $60 million mid-rise apartment project with apartment rent’s ranging from $1,400 to $3,000 per month.

The design team at Beasley & Henley, created the Art Deco inspired features of the clubhouse. Some of the boldest include the graceful spiral staircase that swirls from the main floor to the second story fitness area; and the green patterned upholstered walls that become comfortable benches. In addition the designers created the ceiling and flooring details and specified the unique light fixtures that bring the “wow” factor into the spaces. The team pulled the Art Deco feel in to modern age by adding charging areas for computer, table and phone throughout.

The color palette for the Fitzgerald is a calming light tone, punctuated by touches of vibrant green. A variation of wood tones on furnishings and interesting floor tile details add visual and palpable textures throughout the amenity spaces. It’s always an important element in the every Beasley & Henley interior to be creative and bold, with interesting artwork, and furnishings that are inviting and luxurious.

During the three days the furnishings were being installed many future renters stopped in to see the process and were awe struck by the design. From high-wage millennials to worry-free retirees they were all attracted to the amenity space. They were excited for the possibility to call it their home.

The Fitzgerald apartments are now available to rent and located at 1208 E Kennedy Blvd, Tampa, FL 33602.  T (813) 473-6222
