Beasley & Henley Interior Design install Luxury Models at Terzetto, The Colony Golf and Bay Club

Beasley & Henley Interior Design completes two model homes for WCI Communities in the prestigious community of The Colony Golf & Bay Club.  The luxury furnished models, priced starting in the $400,000, are ready for season in Naples and Southwest Florida.

Beasley & Henley Interior Design continues it 15-year strong design relationship with luxury builder and developer WCI Communities and has completed two luxury model homes for WCI Communities in the prestigious Terzetto neighborhood at The Colony Golf & Bay Club.

The three-storey buildings offer several residences each. Beasley & Henley created the models for the 1stand 2nd floors in this resort-style living environment.

In the dynamic 3bed/2bath model on the first floor, Beasley & Henley created a welcoming interior, described ‘coastal chic’ with a transitional, comfortable design. The color palette conveys a rich look with soft greys, warm beiges and sophisticated creams, accented with subtle touches of soft yellows and marigold throughout the home’s 2,200 sqft. The price point on this home is $472,780

“This floor plan is very livable” notes Beasley & Henley Principal Designer, Troy Beasley. “The centrally located kitchen with a large island, makes it the heart of the home and the open living-dining-kitchen space. It flows into the outside lanai areas, appealing to the modern South Florida clientele that wants to emphasize comfort and easy entertaining.”

According to Beasley the textured driftwood finishes and painted furniture plays up the coastal theme, as does the beautiful hand-scraped wood floors throughout the main living areas. The bathrooms, with Quartz countertops, stained wood cabinetry and soft grey-gold tile project a fresh and modern look. One of the guest bedrooms is showcased as a comfortable den with a writing desk.

For the second floor model, priced from the $570,000’s with a current sale pending, the Beasley & Henley team created a contemporary-transitional design inspiring a loft space atmosphere, with colorful artwork, oversized graphic fabrics, accenting pillows and draperies, and hues of soft tans and crisp whites, punctuated with elements of ocean blue and bright citron. Dark furniture pieces with modern, clean lines heighten the theme.  Beasley & Henley enhanced the floor plan’s connection to its lanai by continuing light tan tile flooring to the home’s alfresco spaces.

Beasley & Henley is pleased with these two models as they continue its 15 year strong alliance with WCI Communities that has created dozens of models and homes across Florida.
