The designers at Beasley & Henley created a striking interiors package for this 7,656 sq ft interior amenity space and one 2-bedroom apartment model.

Elevated Amenities as Lifestyle Hooks: We transformed traditional amenity spaces into multi-functional, experiential destinations. The expansive main lounge areas utilize curated, durable textiles and high-impact custom millwork (e.g., the curved, tufted banquettes in the reading lounge) to create intimate, yet scalable, gathering zones that encourage interaction and retention.

The Power of Detailed Flooring: The flooring is a major investment and design feature. We utilized a mix of sophisticated materials—from the complex, large-scale wood-look patterns in the corridors that guide the eye and add visual drama, to the durable, chic micro-mosaic tile that anchors the main gathering areas, ensuring both style and ease of maintenance.

The Executive Touch: A dedicated emphasis was placed on co-working and private office nooks. These spaces feature textured, sophisticated wall coverings and ergonomic seating, moving beyond generic business centers to provide residents with productive, aesthetically pleasing remote work environments.
