Construction Administration

During this phase, our QAQC process involves proactive monitoring and oversight to ensure that the design intent is faithfully executed on site. Our team conducts site visits to inspect the progress, address any issues or concerns, and ensure that the construction meets our quality standards and specifications. We answer vendor calls and questions, respond to in-field issues, and provide clarifications as needed. We review submittals for BHID-specific products, conduct reviews of shop drawings, and respond to RFIs to clarify existing designs. We maintain open communication with contractors and subcontractors, providing clarification and guidance to maintain the integrity of the design.
