Can you believe October is just around the corner?  October of course means Halloween!  Forget the tacky plastic pumpkins and spider webs, it’s time for a refined, chic Halloween design!Stay away from the grocery and drugstores while décor shopping.Pier 1, Z Gallerie and even Home Goods are good places to start.   A piece of décor doesn’t have to scream “Halloween” for it to be considered.  In fact, it doesn’t even have to be orange.
