Surprises In Interior Design

Surprises in design are what you keep you clamoring for more. Things go well together sometimes in spite of it making no sense as a disembodied idea.The blending of scale, volumes, and proportions is pivotal in creating strong and memorable environments. Photography, wall art, and accent pieces take on a life of their own and carve their niche in the designscape.  Oversized objects and furniture keep spaces lighthearted and friendly, and they scream “come play with me!” Getting out of your head is good sometimes and spaces like these allow the inhabitant to go above and beyond the constraints of everyday thinking. They really activate that imagination and let the inhibitions go. This is a great example of some great plays on scale and proportion.
